Your Skanshage Sweden jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
The prerequisite is that you have purchased the jewellery from authorized Skanshage Sweden retailers or at the Skanshage Sweden Online Shop.
The warranty covers damage that in the opinion of Skanshage Sweden or an authorized retailer is not caused by accident or careless handling, ordinary wear and tear, modification, third-party repairs, negligence to follow Skanshage Sweden’s Care Instructions. To take advantage of our warranty service, the defective jewellery should be given to the retailer of purchase that will send it to the Skanshage Sweden Company.
Jewellery purchased the at the Skanshage Sweden Online Shop should be returned directly to Skanshage Sweden/ Silverfabriken Skanshage, Veckholm Sundby 15, SE-74599 Enkoping, Sweden.
Please note, it is essential that you include your purchase receipt and/or your Warranty Card when returning your jewellery.
If items are returned by mail, they should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt, Skanshage Sweden cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft incurred during transport.
Every jewellery found to be defective under this warranty will be (1.) repaired. If a repair is not possible or considered too expensive, the jewellery will be (2.) replaced by an identical piece. If an identical piece is not available the jewellery will be (3.) substituted with a piece of comparable value.
This warranty service is provided free of charge. The Skanshage Sweden warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
