Normally delivery time within Sweden is about 1 – 4 workdays. Deliveries outside Sweden usually takes 4-7 workdays depending on the country.
If a product you want to order temporarily is out of stock you will be notified about the delivery time in the webshop or via email. The production time can vary depending on number of orders in the workshop but normally you will receive your product within 2-6 weeks.
Skanshage Sweden is not responsible for any delays in delivery or any consequences thereof.
Within Sweden the products are sent with recommended mail. Outside Sweden the products are sent with FedEx/DHL/UPS delivery.

Returns and exchanges
You have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original conditions.
Please contact Skanshage Sweden by email email@example.com to settle the best way to return the products.
Skanshage Sweden will refund your payment within 30 days after we have received the product back.
You are obliged to pay for the return freight of the product. Skanshage Sweden will not refund any shipments costs.
If you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact Skanshage Sweden as soon as possible, firstname.lastname@example.org, and no later than 14 days after delivery.
When in contact, Skanshage Sweden will settle the best way to return the products.
Skanshage Sweden will pay for return delivery in such cases.
We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and in case of any disputes.
